Mrs. Stella Dede Williams graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi with a B.Sc Planning in 1986 and holds an MA Local & Regional Development (With Merit) from Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands.

 

Mrs. Williams is presently a Principal Economics Officer, Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning—Financial Sector Division.  She serves on the following Boards & Committees:

 

· Member of the Task Force for the Establishment of a National Science & Technical Research Endowment Fund

· Board Member, Twifo Smallholder Oil Palm Project

· Member of Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning Committee on the Preparation of the Budget

· Member of the Skills and Institutional Development Committee for the Medium Term Expenditure Frame Work (MTEF)

 

Mrs Williams is married with children and was appointed member of the Ghana re Board in August 2004.
